Dear Colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to attend the inaugural conference, Perspectives in Urologic Oncology: A Case-Based Conference to Enhance Patient Management of Prostate, Renal and Bladder Cancers, to be held September 28-29, 2007 in Chicago, Illinois.
This case-based conference is the combination and expansion of two great urologic oncology conferences – Perspectives in Prostate Cancer and Challenging Cases in Urology. It will be a forum where urologists and medical/radiation oncologists can come together to learn and share their clinical experiences through both lecture presentations and interactive case discussions.
Our panel of world-renowned experts will touch on the most salient aspects of prostate, renal, and bladder cancers. We will discuss the status of the latest treatment modalities as well as promising emerging approaches to therapy. The emphasis will be to discuss the areas of controversy through vigorous discussion and debate using information from clinical trials as applicable. The speakers have all been selected because of their strong therapy area experience and ability to communicate effectively.
Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the information needed to optimize the care of your urologic oncology patients and to direct your attention to those trends and evolutions that are worth watching. We will specifically concentrate on the dilemmas and areas where we lack consensus.
With the beauty of Chicago in the fall in full color, we hope you will join us for what is sure to be an outstanding interactive event with many lively discussions!
Sincerely,
Eric J. Small, MD
Mark S. Soloway, MD |
