the
basic concepts
of immunotherapy

each type
can be
used as
a treatment modality in
oncology

Discuss
the
role
immune
tolerance
plays
in
allowing
the
growth
and
spread
of
cancer
cells
-
Explain
the
specific
role
of
CTLA-4
in
maintaining
immune
tolerance

function
can
be
used
in
the
treatment
of
malignant
melanoma
-
