basic concepts
of immunotherapy
and how
each type
can be
used as
a treatment modality in
oncology

role
immune
tolerance
plays
in
allowing
the
growth
and
spread
of
cancer
cells

Explain

specific
role
of
CTLA-4
in
maintaining
immune
tolerance
and
how
inhibiting
its
function
can
be
used
in
the
treatment
of
malignant
melanoma

Compare

contrast
emerging
biological
agents,
primarily

used
to

patient’s
