Dear
Colleague,
It
is our pleasure to invite you to The
2nd Asian Pacific Conference: Perspectives
in Lung Cancer, 1-2 August 2008 in Sapporo,
Hokkaido, Japan. Attendees from all lung
cancer-related disciplines will find
it to be a stimulating interactive and
educational experience.
The
2nd Asian Pacific Conference: Perspectives
in Lung Cancer has been created to provide
state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment
information. Attendees will update their
knowledge in the field, confirm their current
practices and receive valuable take-home
information on exciting new treatments
and approaches. Guided by interactive
case presentations, the agenda will feature
state-of-the-art discussions focusing on
innovations in diagnosis and staging, the
latest therapies and techniques in the
multidisciplinary management of non-small
cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer,
as well as a focus on the trends and evolutions
worth watching. Several breakout sessions
will provide unique opportunities to discuss
topics of special interest.
We hope you will be able to join us for
this valuable two day meeting. The fields
of lung cancer research and treatment are
constantly evolving, and there are many
issues in disease biology, management,

among those involved in these fields. With
expert faculty from Asia, Europe, and North
America, and a comprehensive agenda focusing
on the multimodal management of lung cancer,
