B J E C T I V E S |

After
successful completion of this course, attendees
should be able to:
- Examine the role of lenalidomide,
bortezomib and doxorubicin in the management
of multiple myeloma, and how they may
be incorporated into standard induction
chemotherapy regimens
- List the current treatment modalities
for the management of patients with
relapsed multiple myeloma
- Compare and contrast the various
combinations of agents available for
treatment of relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin
lymphoma
- List
the new agents available for the
treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma
and assess their role in current disease
management
- Discuss
and describe the emerging data regarding
the importance and management of
minimal residual disease in chronic
lymphocytic leukemia
- Integrate
novel agents and new therapy combinations
into the clinical management of chronic
lymphocytic leukemia
- Discuss
the role of genomic profiling in
the stratification of myelodysplastic
syndromes and apply that knowledge
towards effective treatment planning
- Implement
current clinical trial data into
the treatment of multiple myeloma,
non-Hodgkin lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic
leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes
to improve patient management strategies
