Imedex®, based in Alpharetta, Georgia (a suburb north of Atlanta) is an industry leader in providing Continuing Medical Education (“CME”) to health care professionals. Founded in 1985, Imedex organizes over 200 conferences and projects worldwide each year. The Company has its own independent CME curriculum and also collaborates with medical associations and health care companies to produce a full range of medical communications products (CD-ROMs, Newsletters, Web-based programs). Imedex is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians, and by several other professional healthcare associations as a provider of continuing education for nurses, laboratory technologists and other health care professionals.

SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD:

What if I cannot attend the conference?
To cancel any portion of your registration, please send an email to meetings@imedex.com with your request. Registration fee refunds are subject to an administrative charge ($75 for American conferences or € 90 for European conferences) and will be processed after the conference. You may also let us know that someone else will be attending in your place without a fee.
What happens if I do not pay my registration fee until I am onsite?
If you choose to make payment onsite, your registration fee will reflect the onsite registration fee level.
Please note: you are not registered until payment has been received.
What is the dress code for the conference?
We suggest business casual to business attire for all attendees.
What is included in the conference materials?
A conference book including summaries, presentations, and abstracts will be distributed during check-in at the registration desk.
