  • Optimize sequencing and combinations of current and emerging therapies in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and castrate-resistant prostate cancer
  • Identify emerging adjuvant and maintenance therapies for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and discuss options after postmaintenance relapse
  • Evaluate therapeutic advances and clinical updates in orphan cancers such as T-cell lymphoma, melanoma, small-cell lung, thyroid, and biliary tract cancers

Registration Procedures

To Register: You may register online by February 11, 2010 at www.nocrannualmeeting.com, by calling Imedex at +1 (678) 242 0906, or by returning the registration form in this program by mail or fax. If you mail the form, please keep a copy for your records. Registration confirmations will be issued before the meeting.

To qualify for special registration fees, registration and full payment must be received by Imedex by the date specified.

 

Group Discounts: Each one of multiple registrants from the same institute or practice will receive a $50 discount off the published registration fees, provided all registration forms and payments are received together. Only one discount will apply per person.

The Registration and Information Desk onsite will be staffed: Friday, February 19, 2010 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Saturday, February 20, 2010 7:00 am - 4:15 pm

 

Payment: To pre-register, registration and payment must be received no later than February 11, 2010. Please register onsite after this date. Contact Imedex at +1 (678) 242 0906, or visit our website at www.nocrannualmeeting.com to ensure the course is being held as scheduled, and to confirm that the meeting is not full. Registration fees must be remitted by credit card or check. Checks should be payable to Imedex. Attendee is not registered until full payment is received.

 

Registration Fee Inclusions: Registration fees include admittance to all scientific sessions, conference materials, processing of certificates of attendance or continuing medical education, and all event functions as specified in the agenda.

 

Cancellation: For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received at meetings@imedex.com no later than February 11, 2010. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $50 administrative charge, will be refunded after the conference. Substitutions are accepted with written notification. No refunds will be made if notice is received after February 11, 2010.

Imedex does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this meeting should be canceled for any reason. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice in the event of cancellation. The event agenda is subject to change without notice.

Caesars Palace: Located on the Las Vegas Strip, Caesars Palace is a Las Vegas landmark. With its towering row of fountains leading to its entrance, this hotel revolutionized the Strip when it opened in 1966. Now it’s almost a city unto itself. This Roman themed hotel has all the amenities one has come to expect from a Las Vegas venue. All meeting functions will take place in the Palace Tower where a limited number of sleeping rooms have been reserved.

For the convenience of attendees, a limited number of rooms have been reserved in the Palace Tower until January 19, 2010 at a discounted rate of $209 per night single or double occupancy, plus tax, currently at 12%. There is an additional charge of $30 per person, per night, for more than two people in a room, with a maximum of 4 people per guestroom. This rate is not guaranteed outside the conference dates or after Tuesday, January 19, 2010.

Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest of 21 years or age or older

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. Guests can cancel their hotel room up to 72 hours before their scheduled arrival date without penalty. If cancelation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date guest will be charged for 1 night plus tax.

Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Any departures after 11 am are subject to the full day charge
