Meeting Purpose:
The inaugural Jean Sindab Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Symposium is designed to update oncologists on the most current advances in triple-negative breast cancer.

Jean Sindab, PhD, was a Yale educated, African-American scholar and activist who died at 51 from breast cancer. Dr. Sindab's memory is honored at Emory Winship Cancer Institute through the Jean Sindab Endowment, which provides key funding for research in triple-negative breast cancer.

Discuss the epidemiologic aspects of triple-negative breast cancers
Identify the relationship between hereditary breast cancer and triple-negative breast cancers
Evaluate local therapeutic options for triple-negative breast cancers
Describe systemic therapy options for triple-negative breast cancers
Review current and emerging research in the pathogenesis and therapies for triple-negative
breast cancers
