Audio troubleshooting
This Focus on Fungal Infections
16 CD-ROM is designed to work on most
Windows systems. There is a known
incompatibility with Windows XP users
running Windows Media Player version
8. These users will be able to view
video, but will not hear the accompanying
audio. With an open internet connection
while a presentation is playing, the
necessary file will automatically
download. Click yes when the security
warning prompts you to install the
file. This incompatibility can also
be resolved by updating to Windows
Media Player 9 at: www.microsoft.com.
Click on “downloads” and type Media
Player 9 into the search field.
